The Parish Council holds personal information on Councillors, staff, contractors and individuals it has contact with. This information will be stored securely, whether electronically or as paper records, so that only authorised people can use it, within the scope of their authority. Such information is only retained for as long as necessary. We remove personal data from our systems in line with our Data Retention Policy. The length of time each category of data will be retained will vary on how long we need to process it, the reason it is collected, and in line with any statutory requirements. You have the right to access information held about you and may ask for the information to be amended or deleted.
